Maternity and Parental Leave Top Up (Salaried)

The Home Depot offers maternity and parental leave top up payments to new salaried parents.

The top up plan pays 50% of the difference between Employment Insurance maternity and parental benefits and the associate's regular salary. New parents can receive up to 52 weeks of benefits, based on Employment Insurance approval. Eligible associates must be salaried and be actively employed by The Home Depot for at least one year.
